Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Opus55Vid is for making honest, creative videos — for your brand, your ideas and your audience. This policy explains what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. How we check
Every prompt is screened by automated content moderation before any video is made. Blocked prompts cost no credits. We may also review content that is reported to us.
2. Not allowed
Illegal or harmful content
- Anything illegal where you or your audience are, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that sexualises minors in any way. We report it to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Content that threatens, harasses or bullies people, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate: content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar traits.
Deception
- Pretending to be a real person, company or official body, or implying their endorsement when you don't have it.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, invented statistics or misleading claims about products, health or money.
- Election misinformation or deceptive political content.
- Scams, phishing and fraud.
Other people's rights
- Using brands, logos, characters, music or other material you don't have the right to use.
- Sharing someone's private information.
The service itself
- Trying to get around moderation, credit limits or rate limits — including creating several accounts.
- Uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping or overloading the service.
- Reselling access to the service without our written permission.
3. What happens if the rules are broken
We may block the request, remove the content, limit or suspend the account, or close it. Serious cases (for example anything involving minors) are reported to the authorities. Credits are not refunded for accounts closed for misuse.
4. Report a problem
If you see a video made with Opus55Vid that breaks these rules, email support@opus55vid.com with a link or a description. For copyright complaints see our Copyright & Trademark page.
